Would you like to know how the nightlife works in Barcelona? I´ve noted down a few things for you that could come handy. 
 
Entry fees for clubs & bars 
The avarage entry fee for clubs is between €15/€20 and between €10/€15 for bars. I am not talking about the dodgy bars on the Ramblas. The best clubs and bars are located on the beach (Port Olimpic) and in the upper zone.

VIP entry
Do you hate to queue or pay to get into a club? Check out the following solution. You can buy a VIP nightlife card for €26,95 and get into all the top clubs and bars for free and without waiting. The card is valid for one night and will get you into the best clubs at any time. You can basically go to 23 clubs and bars on the same night. Perfect if you want to check out a few clubs.

VIP tables
If you want to avoid a crowdy dancefloor and you don´t like to queue to get a drink at the bar, you can reserve a VIP table. All the top clubs have VIP areas, where you will have your own little space with drinks and seats. You will pay from €200+ per table (4 people per table) for these extra privileges.

Pickpockets
Barcelona is rated number 1 in the world for pickpockets. Only carry around as much money as you need for the night no more. Leave valuables that you aren't going to use in the hotel safe. You won´t need you passport or ID to get into clubs.
